DW implementation is a very complex process. Wideway's method is to have Wideway consultants and end-user work together to accomplish the project. The benefits of this cooperation will success of this project and future maintenance. Wideway's consultants will lead the whole project process. The project time frame will depend on the size of the project. Normally, each project will last 3 months to 1 year.

Develop Pilot program 8-9weeks Around two months, Wideway will deliver pilot program out to some of the end-user. In this way, Wideway should receive further detailed requirements and suggestion from all levels of our end-users.
Upon end-user request, update the system design 2-3weeks There are two cycles involve in the process. One is coding and testing. The other is let end-users give out their suggestion after they start to use this new system. Wideway's consultants will make changes and updates according to user requests.
Coding, testing, make changes 7-9weeks
System testing 3-4weeks Include training and on-line help and let every related departments try to use this new system
